Investors are taking notice in an investment with exceptional
return potential that, unlike other investment types, has immunity from
stock market volatility, erosion of bond yields and is not affected by
political change, oil prices, terrorism or values of real estate. Many
401K, IRA and cash investors are seeking an alternative to volatile
stock markets and the troubled Real Estate market.
Long a favorite of institutional investors such as *Abbey, Bank of
Ireland, Barclays, Chase, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, GE Capital, Merrill
Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Price Waterhouse, Royal Bank of Scotland,
Scottish Life and Zurich* because of the extremely low risk yet
exceptional returns, this investment class collectively called Life
Settlements is now available to clients of LynxBanc Investments LLC who
are accredited investors.

What is a Life Settlement?
A life settlement is a financial transaction in which a policy owner
possessing an unneeded or unwanted life insurance policy sells the
policy to a third party for more than the cash surrender value (cash
value offered by the life insurance company). The purchaser becomes the
new beneficiary of the policy at maturation and is responsible for all
subsequent premium payments.
While many people are unfamiliar with life settlements until a financial
professional mentions the option to them, the concept has gained
attention from high-profile proponents such as Warren Buffett, former
U.S. Representative Bill Gradison, and numerous media sources including
The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, Business Week and The Economist.
A growing number of experts now believe that informing clients about
offering life settlements should fall under the fiduciary duty of any
financial adviser.
The Opportunity
To diversify a portion of your portfolio into this, up until recently,
institutional only investment vehicle. Normally exceptional returns
require accepting enormous risk to investment capital. Not so with Life
Settlements. The key factor affecting yield in this investment is time
rather than market conditions. Therefore, exceptional returns can be
realized without parity of risk to investment capital.
