just like to drop you a line to say thanks for all your hard work on putting this deal to
bed. We have had a suspicion for a while that we are jinxed with regard to arranging
finance deals! The property appraiser was almost impossible to get on site, the only
reason it’s been done is because you chased them every hour! Then there was the
redemption fee added (incorrectly), again, you got it removed ($5,500 is a lot of money)
by finding another person to talk to. We will be buying more property in the states over
the foreseeable future and will definitely be using LynxBanc. We will always recommend
